FLAM RAILWAY (3 1/2 hours) excursion Flam is located in the innermost part of the 127 mile/204 km Sognefjord, one of Norway's longest fjords. We'll board the Flam Railway – a masterpiece of engineering – and climb from sea level to 2,800 feet/853 meters, crossing rivers and traveling through 20 tunnels. At the impressive Kjos Waterfall, we will step off the train to take some pictures.  We'll disembark the train and take a short walk to visit the Vatnahalsen Mountain Hotel to relax and walk around in the beautiful natural surroundings before boarding the train for the return ride to Flam.                                                                      ...

traveling to Geiranger DALSNIBBA MOUNTAIN & THE EAGLE ROAD (3 hours) excursion              Make the journey up to Mount Dalsnibba for a spectacular view of the Geiranger Fjord, one of the longest and deepest fjords in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the viewpoint at the top of Eagle Road, you'll see the famous Seven Sisters waterfalls. We'll be transferred ashore by tender to the pier in Geiranger, where coaches and guides are waiting our arrival. This picturesque village is one of Norway's most popular tourist resorts with locals and visitors alike. The coach climbs up the winding mountain road offering an ever changing kaleidoscope of mountain farms, waterfalls, lakes and streams. From Lake Djupvatn, you'll continue up the hairpin road to Mount Dalsnibba. From the summit, nearly 5,000 feet/1,500 meters above sea level,we'll have a spectacular view of the Geiranger Fjord far below ...
